As much as I enjoy performing relaxation massage, my passion is for therapeutic massage.  I believe that all aspects of life are improved when our bodies are working at their best.  I am a medium pressure therapist who specializes in trigger point release and myofascial release.  I can do deep work when the body requires it, but I do not do full body deep tissue work, because it is too hard on my body.  I believe that massage doesn't have to be painful to be effective.

I have been giving back rubs to my friends and family since I was in middle school.  It took a lot of people telling me I had missed my calling before I took the hint and looked into massage as a career.  Being a regular receiver of massage, I know firsthand how much better my body, mind, and emotional state feel after massage, and I love to share that with my clients.

I grew up here in Mount Vernon and I'm glad to be back in my hometown and doing what I love.
